Just a noob question...Is the gasket between the turbo and the cat the same as the cat and the downpipe? They have the same bolt pattern, but i am not sure of the size. Ive searched for the gaskets, but all i came up with was the one between the turbo and the cat. Anything would be helpful. Thanks.

well, on 2.8's, the gasket between the downtube/cat and the manifold is different...i believe it would be the same thing in your case, they are different

i found out they were different, but i havent been able to find a place that carries the one btwn the cat and dp. im in the middle of nowhere in texas and the nearest audi/vw dealer is over 2 hours away. does any one know of the part numbers, that will probably help me narrow my search
