WHAT'S THE BEST MATERIAL TO MAKE AN EXHAUST GASKET OUT OF FOR BETWEEN THE TURBO AND THE DOWN PIPE.. I TRIED COPPER .. DOES'NT SEEM TO WORK

the copper sucks, i tried and it is a PITA to bend, too thin, i would say just get one from the dealer,

I use none - no problems ever.

This is true, the older A2 VW diesels did not use gaskets between the turbo and the manifold, they did this to avoid possible failure, they did come with Titanium bolts though...
If you plan to use a gasket, you should purchase a pre-made multilayer stainless unit with pressure rings pressed in, this is what we use on all of our T3 and T4 based systems. Any other material or flat sheet is not optimal.

403 Martensite Sheet stock hammer formed. Inconal and Hastalloy are very hard to machine. 316 Crack easy after welding.
