Search is down so I have to post.....
As of right now I have 2.25" pipe from my resinator back into a Magnaflow muffler on my 2.0. I went in today to get the rest of the cat-back piping put on and the guy said that he couldn't do that without removing the resinator. I have removed my resinator before and I couldn't stand how loud it was, so doing that it out of the option. What else can I do so that my exhaust has some kind performance function?

I just talked to the guy at the exhaust shop again and he said that I could put another resonator on that has larger outputs and that would solve my problem. he said that the only reason he said I would have to take my stock resonator out to put the 2.25 pipe on was because of the size of the outputs. So if I did put a larger resonator on with 2.25 piping all the way back would that increase the loudness of my system over what I have now?
