Re: eyebrow/eyelid help (lowazzgolf)

I just posted this pic like yesterday for a guy about his eyebrows
I just use a TON of two sided tape and it doesnt do a good enough job IMO
Alot of people use silicone as described by Kamei

lowazzgolf, you have a horribly long sig. I would make it lose 10 lines
and for the headlight eyelids, if you use silicon, you will have a DAMN hard time ever getting them off (if you want to)
Re: eyebrow/eyelid help (GreenWeenie)

thanks http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif

Re: eyebrow/eyelid help (american gigolo)

I like the pics of those mk4 lights with eyebrows,, I have a black mk3 golf and don't know which headlight conversion to go for:
Twin headlights - Hella or ABT.
Mk4 style headlights with bad look brows..
Any suggestions, cos I can't make my mind up..

i gots the mk4 look lights and love em... no need to paint em either, so you save a bundle. the lighting quality is bout the same as the duals you are lookign at.... so it really comes down to looks. This may be ghetto, but i love the look of my car with the city lights and fogs on without headlights...

Re: eyebrow/eyelid help (corduroy79)

Does the wiring plug fit straight into the mk4 style lights, cos I was wondering how the indicator bulb within the headlight gets it power feed...
Re: eyebrow/eyelid help (Mosley)

ey this is kinda off the topic... but do you need to run a special./different switch if you've got the golf IV lights or dual rounds in place of stock jetta lights?? i mean, if not how do you turn on the city lights??

sorry, my idiot question for today

the city lights typically plug into your parking lights. so when the parking lights go on so do the city lights. you could run a seperate switch if you wanted to. The euro switch lets you turn on the city/parking lights seperate from the headlights. You dont need it to run city lights, but i like mine. Jettas and Golf Gls also only have one bulb, so you need to do a bit of wire splitting to hook up dual bulb lights i think. nothing complicated at all, just get good instructions. I got my kit from pottermans and it came with all the adapters to basically make it a plug n play mod. So i recommend them.
