I may be that your alarm has a self arm option. Many times alarms come preset to arm arfter a certain amount of time. It's made to lock the doors automatically when you drive, similar to GM vechicles that lock the doors when you put them in gear. I had a similar problem, and I just disabled that feature in my aftermarket alarm.
