Personally I don't like the factory jetta wing because it has a built in brake light. IMO 2 center brake lights looks dumb.

I think the factory wing looks small, flimsy, and cheap - don't like it. However I like wings with lights, like Caractere - it takes two seconds to cut the wires to the window brake light and the Caractere brake light is so much more functional and better looking than the VW 3rd brake light. yes it would look terrible to leave both lights on.
