Feeler post - FS 86 Jetta GLI 8v

I'm posting this for my sister. She just got a newer J and can't keep this one. Looking for local interest in a tornado red 8v GLI automatic. Body is in excellent condition (was a CA car prior to its 3 years here). Original paint needs some love. Bottlecap rims. Interior had sport seats (big bolsters, not leather, no recaro monogramming). The headliner on the moonroof is peeling as well. I'm going to say it has roughly 150K on the clock, but currently does not run. I suspect it would be an excellent candidate for a VR swap. I'd do it, but I have no garage and no $$. I'll see if I can get some pics up as well.
