Who knew that all of my problems was due to a damn faulty ground wire from the battery...
It starts up so well now...on first try instantly! I' didn't cost much anyway...so I suggest you guys replace it just in case it could be your problem too...thanks to those who helped!!!
Man if I had known, I wouldn't have spent all that money on tune ups, new battery, cap, plugs, rotor, etc...

Oh well...it works now!!!!!!!!!!

Didn't cost much? where'd you get it? how much? was it new?

Only $5 from Pep Boys or any auto parts store brand new!!! The old one was all nasty and oxidized to a greenish brown color...gross!!! Anyway, it doesn't have to be a genuine VW wire...any regular ground wire will do...
