Got the GIAC K04 Programing installed.
WOW, What a difference.
Picked it up yesterday morning from Seb.
I did get a little worried when I was on the way home along the M5, city bound. I was at the told and decided to give it a hit out of the booth.
The thing flew!
then as I continued driving the car wouldn't boost.
Ended getting it towed to Muller and Muller.
Nothing serious, The hose from the turbo exit going to the Intercooler pipe blew off. (thank God it was only that)
Noticed alot of heat soak during the 30 degree heat during the day but at night it's great.
The onlything that concerns me is that the car only boosts to about 15 to 16 psi. i thought it was supposed to boost to 18 or so. Could this be due to the std exhaust or the N75 Valve?
Over all pretty pleased with the GIAC Chip and S3 injectors
The power comes in nice and smooth and does't hit you all of a sudden.

My hose blew off too.. The lovely sound of air gushing out where it shouldn't be!
Get a N75J, I run it with GIAC and it is great. No problems to report.
It is worth at least getting a 3inch down pipe for $450 fitted. That is the worst part of the exhaust and it does wonders by upgrading it. http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif

Cat is still in the same location, but it was enlarged so the 3inch goes straight into it.
I honestly have no idea about my boost as I dont have a guage.
I only have a KO3 also... until Jim gives me his other one so we can make a GTTI.... twin turbo!!

I usually hate winter. Now that i have the S3 ohhh am I hanging out for it like little else.
The most interesting thing about the S3 is that is still inducing massive grins in my even after 3 months of ownership. I mean last night just reaching down to press the button marked "ESP" I involuntarily let out a little giggle and this massive grin appeared on my face. Its wonderful

That all sounds top.... and it's likely my best option too.
However about heat soak? fuggetaboutit. I went for a drive to Wollombi on saturday, and my external temperature guage was reading 38 and 39 degrees. There's only so much that those little side mount intercoolers can do. know what I'm saying?

I will get a fmic but there isn't anything available that fits behind the std bar so I will need to upgrade to a S4 Front
