Firing HELP!?

Sup guys, havent been on for a while the car was actually running good,..ok then 89 golf is not firing in one of the cylinders I change plugs and wiresno prob there.. Might one of my injectors be smoked??? what else could it be ???? also how do you test injectors??? thanks alot

You need to test the compression, then fuel pressure, then replace the injector.
