First thing I would probably do is chip. I personally went with the APR chip, do a search there are about 3 threads on the APR chip. Revo will be coming out soon, and Superchip also has one. Which one is better? That's hard to say, everyone will say they are the best. APR claims 250HP 300Torque at crank.
There are a few threads on suspension upgrades as well. But comfort and stiffer suspension don't really go well together. If you got the sport pkg, the stock suspension is actually decent for every day driving. But if you wish to get something that will give you a firm ride, H&R, Neuspeed and very shortly Bilstein, Koni are all out there again, opinions will vary.
Brakes, not sure why you want to upgrade the brakes. The common misconception is that in order to stop the car faster, you need better brakes. While this is true to a certain extent, tires has a more to do with that IMO. Better brakes can help you stop or lock up the wheels faster, then it's up to your tires to stop the car. Just like shocks, the stock brakes is actually very decent. I would probably upgrade your tires first before brakes.
