Being the first isn't something that happens very often anymore, but when C2 Motorsports' Rabbit Turbo hit the scene, it was just that.  The first Mk5 Rabbit to be turbocharged.  The first to wear fender flares.  It was even featured in Eurotuner twice.  Yes, this 360hp Mk5 turned quite a few heads back in the days before air ride and multi-piece wheels were standard fare.

To cope with the power provided by a Precision T3/T4 Turbocharger and host of supporting modifications, the Rabbit was fitted with a set of Fifteen52 flares, covering forged 18x10 BBS RE wheels.  B&G Coilovers and an Alcon Big Brake kit helped to ensure that things stayed under control, and a front lip taken from a Porsche 911 Turbo worked to complete the look.   This Rabbit meant business when we shot it way back in 2008.

We've since lost track of the car, but we can only hope that it is still tearing up any back road it can find.
