Is there an easier way to install fog light bulbs than taking the whole housing out? I don't think I have the proper tools to be able to get up inside the bumper and hold the nut that is on the bolt you unscrew from the outside. I got one off with a great deal of effort, but the other one is impossible for me to get to with the tools that I have. I don't even know what tools one would use if they did want to get to it. ??

pull your bumper off, it only takes about a minute

yup its so much easier with th bumpers off, its only 5 bolts then unclip the wires from the housings

Foglights aren't that hard to disassemble... Just takes a couple bolts on both of them, a clip on the inside edge of the bumper and the housing is a twist-off type cover. Bulbs are H3's

DONT take off your bumper. just remove your headlights, they will be accesible right there.
i had a similar problem last weekend. went to change out my bulbs and all the nuts on the back of the fog bolts would just spin.

yeah, that sounds pretty simple. I'll give that a try.
