Just purchased an '03 GTI and didn't realize I was foglight free. I want to get fogs that go in the lowere spoiler like on my mkiii but I don't have a fog switch on the dash. Who makes a good fog kit for this and can I use the euro fog light switch to operat them, the one that allows you to use the fogs without the headlights?

I think the foglights on MKIV cars are built into the headlight!

No, that's what I thought and never bothered to check the options list for fogs. But unless they come on with the headlights they aren't there. There appears to be a dummy bulb in the cluster.

You can switch out the headlight with on that has built-in fogs. But if you're going to do that you might as well get E-code headlights.
And you're going to need wiring and a relay - and a euro or NA light switch that has a position for fogs.
