How should I adjust this valve to work best with my car. Im running apr with a boost of 15 pounds. How many clicks and in which direction should I turn the valve so my car holds boost best!?

If the car holds boost well at low rpm but drops almost 5 psi at higher should I tigthen the valve or loosen the tension.

Then you figure it out. Is it that "hard" to go turn it a few clicks in either direction.. See if you gain/lose performance.. If you gain anything, go a bit more until you start seeing loss and go back a bit..
Not all of us have splitter valves, so not all of us are going to be able to answer something that you should figure out yourself.
