So I just had my oil changed today, and when I got home I opened my hood and found this thing just sitting in my engine bay. Does this belong somewhere in my car, or is it something of theirs that they just forgot to take out?

that looks like the filter that go's in the windshield washer tank. just open the cap and pop it back in.

Thanks, got it.
That was my guess but it was bent into an oval shape. I just bent it back and it fit.
