its really easy and took like 30 minutes.. minus the drying time...
you get the florescent light coverings you see in like schools.. you can get it at homedepot.. and the sheets are large enough to make a million. You pop out your old ones and trace them. Cutting them is the hardest part, i used a dremel tool to get the shape and then a belt sander upside down in a vice to sand it and smooth it to the right shape. Once you pry the yellow off you spray paint the housing with silver paint to make it a little more reflective.. and then after that is dried, i hot glued the two things together. That way it made a clear rubbery seal that wouldnt let water in.... Mine are a little rough around the edges, but i might do them again.. either way you cant tell unless you are a foot away from them..
