Testing the waters here........

1989 VW fox, 1.8L, 4 speed manual--approx. 145k on the clock. Nice running, rust free southern car. Lots of potential in this thing, about 90% stock. Here's the run down:

Good:

**Nearly mint interior. No rips in seats, no cracks in dash

**Borbet 5 spoke OR BBS RS wheels, the real items--no knock-offs. You pick, priced accordingly. $2600 with BBS, $1650 with your wheels

**pop out rear windows

**new exhaust from the DP back. Sounds very nice

**sunroof

**decent stereo

**Tidy, un-molested engine bay

The meh:

**re-spray....not the worlds best job. Looks good from 15 ft

**no accidents, straight body--- but small dents throughout

**glove box latch needs replaced

**needs passenger side mirror

**Front fender badges missing

How is it that every VW fox ends up being in FL? Where are the Texas cars?
I've noticed a few lately down here, lol. If I can't sell soon, she might get parted out.

Part out! That'd be a shame. What's the price on it?

I honestly don't have the time or money to keep going at it------$1,500 takes it, on your wheels.

Is this still available? Any price change at this point? I have a buddy down in FL. Would love to fly down, visit him, and drive the Fox back North. Would all depend on price though, lots of Fox wagons available up here, but they're rusty.
