FS: 2.5 TTRS motor (sold)

Any interested in a motor or know what it would be worth?
Has about 27xxx miles on it.

Motor is damaged, would most likely need a new head put on, and one of the pistons replaced. Everything else is perfectly fine on it.

Make an offer i guess?

I'd rather not part out, but ship the entire motor out. No manifolds or turbo included. I will get some photos tonight if I can, but otherwise its just the entire long-block motor.

That was a COMPLETE engine with nothing taken off and the transmission and transfer case still bolted on.

I have no spare parts with the motor like I said...its a motor. Thats it. No manifolds, no turbo, no exhaust, just as it sits in the picture from my other thread.
From the machine shop locally they were quoting about $250 to clean up the head if I brought them the part cleaned up ready to machine. A complete piston set is about 650usd, i'm not sure what the cost of 1 is considering that is all that would need to be replaced, but i'd guess around $100-125.
I'm buried in other projects but i can tear the motor down in a few weeks and provide pictures, as of now i'm just too busy with my normal work.
1000 GBP is completely low ball so no thanks.
