What kind of wheel is the spare tire mounted on?

Shipping the wheel and tire together is very expensive but shipping the bare wheel isn't that bad.

I'd be interested in the wheel if it's the Challenge wheel part number 3D0601025CZ31.

There is another version of the Challenge wheel that is heavier.

I'd also be interested in the jack and the shroud.
