Here are a few prices from the APR site:
2.0T FSI: $599 (base price), + $59 (security lockout) + $59 (fault code erase) + $199 (anti-theft) + $289 (total of 4 programs) = $1205. Gift certificate gets you the full $1205 option for free, since it's a 2.0T.
TT-RS Stage 1: $899 (base price, option prices not yet available). Gift certificate gets you this for free.
3.0T: $1299 (base price). Gift certificate gets you $1000 off of this.
4.2L (R8): $1199 (base price). Gift certificate gets you $1000 off of this.
5.2L (R8): $1499 (base price). Gift certificate gets you $1000 off of this.
