I upgraded the armrest by adding the bolt thru the center of it. The bolt is removable and the armrest is completely functional without it. I was going to grind down the bolt so the cover will sit flush but never got around to it. The covers will sit flush without the bolt. The bolt and hardware goes to the buyer.
