FS: Formuling France steering wheel with small spline adapter

This thing is in awesome shape, no tears...very little wear. as seen one bolt is rusty and could use replaced. also the hub adapter needs sanded and sprayed but i am planning on doing that in satin black. looking for 95 shipped
