Yes. complete set. Turns, front and rear bumps, Front belly pan that the spoiler bolts to, caps and screws. I will take pics tomorow.

I finally found my front red stripe bump in the salvage yard today... But I was woundering if you would sell the 16v spoiler with out the bumps?
