I bought the carpet and package shelf about 5 years ago for a project and it's been wrapped up in my finished basement since then. Short of buying an NOS carpet from the dealer, this is as nice a GLI carpet set as you're likely to find. The only wear on the carpet is a spot the size of a pencil eraser next to the driver's side toe pad. That's it.
$200 for the set, picked up. I'll ship if you really want it, but you'll have to pay for packing materials.
