VG+ condition overall w/ some minor sun fading on the spreader-bars covers, marks on the bars (from bike carriers) & some nicks, etc. Nothing major and the sun fading will clean off with steel wool. The load & spreader-bars are straight, there are no broken or missing parts, and they are ready to use. They include the following -

(4) EC1 caps
(2) Spreader-bar assemblies
(4) Lock hoods
(4) Locks
(2) Keys
(4) Clamp brackets
(4) Rubber clamp bracket pads
