Like the title says, and NO I am not interested in splitting this up. I have the attachment kit that will fit either a MKIV Jetta, or has the parts to make it fit a GTI. Includes a set of keys and the attachment is keyed to the base carrier locks. The attachment is a standard Velo-Vise. $220 shipped for everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Sorry, that was when I needed money. Its $250 right now, I will probably hang onto it until spring and get more for it since I do not have to sell now. Its a great deal at that price...the fairing and fit kit alone was close to $120.
