MAybe missing a copper washer. Each fitting should have 2 washers front and back of each for a total of 4.

There should be two copper washers on each "banjo" fuel line fitting, one on the inside and one on the outside of each fitting.
These copper washers can be become "scored" or indented due to a previous torqueing of the large bolts.
If you don't use new copper washers, then the next best thing to do is to use some 220 or 320 sandpaper to "polish" both sides of each copper washer.
Lay the sandpaper on a smooth, hard surface, and rub the flats of the copper washer on the sandpaper, flipping sides as you finish with one side. This procedure will remove enough of the "scoring" so the copper washers will seal again. Good luck, WWR.
