Air fuel gauge read in low scoitch or whatever how cna i make my car more rich? Any tips?

its actually that exact gauge but its still seems to low I think it needs to be a little bit more should i change timing or something?

If it is an LED style unit, although great when used as a warning for pegging rich or lean, should not be used as a tuning guide.

Do Not make adjustments to you car based on the readings of one of these gauges. If your car is starting to have issues (Misfiring, etc...) It is good to help determin whether the problem is fuel or spark, but that is about it. If you want an Air/Fuel gauge you can tune with, you will need to aquire a wideband O2 sensor style set-up.
Here is the one I use.
