ok i am going to drop a turbo on my digifan II jetta and since they dont make chips well i was woundering if i switch the fuel injection of a g60 to my jetta i canbuy a chip for it and more accesories or upgrades and if yes what exact g60 fuel injection parts i need??? i am doin this because i want to pass the 220hp and i know regular 1.8 digifanII cant really do this and they dont make chips for them. help would be appreciated it thanxx
why get the g60 engine if its the same thing than the 1.8 jettas?? i dont think it would just work with the ecu so thats why i was woundering what exact fuel injection parts i need
Re: g60 fuel injection into 1.8 jetta (jetta8vwolfsburg)
I guess I don't understand your question. The reason for the conversion kit is to make the wiring very simple. It should cost about the same as G60 injection alone would. All you really would need is a non knock sensor 1.8.I'd also like to see a turbo on this motor.
what am trying to say is that ppl say that u cant run 10 to 11 psi on a regular digifant II because there arent many accesories for it like chips etc. the g60 is made for force induction meaning that its digifan I fuel injection has more options for hp like chips etc. ok if i get the kit how much is it?? what contains on it etc. i have a guy wgo is selling me its g60 fuel injection for $250 and i mean the whole injection.
