Before I start I would like to make it clear i am not associated with germanautoparts.com in any way. Yesterday around noon I ordered a wheel bearing kit from their website, today I got home from school at 11:20am, and there the box is. Talk about service.....less than 24 hours, and great pricing too. I would highly reccommend these guys.

They are number one on my list also....to the point that I no longer look elsewhere for price comparisons. They guys there are great, although sometime my wallet wishes they did not know me by name. They've been building quite a following....well deserved A++.

Glad you mentioned this........Do Not Let Their Website Fool You! They offer so much more than what is shown there. If it's VW related, call and ask them first. They have helped me so many times, even separating caliper from carrier assembly since I only needed the carrier. I don't think they want this spread too far but they even helped me out on some Honda parts

I've been with them for about five years and no bad experiences. I've called them several times just to talk about a problem and get advice (if the phones aren't too busy there). They love to help, it's kinda like a tech session at a GTG. Seems like one of them has always just had the problem I'm describing, but several times I've helped them, too! Only problem is yesterday I got the strut bearings and bump stops for my Weitec install. They said they don't have B4 rear bumpers, but would send what people usually use. Well they sent parts for an A2, totally unusable, nowhere near similar. That's OK, I know they'll take them back and I'll cut them a lot of slack.

Problems are the real test.
I ordered a steering rack a few weeks ago. It was supposed to be the ZF rack but the TRW came. Their supplier screwed up, and I didn't notice until the car was at the shop and apart. A quick call, and they had a new one on the way 2-day (I'm west coast) along with a return label for the wrong one! The challange of any business is when things go wrong; they do a great job of that.
