where you making a right or a left hand turn.... if it was a right hand turn, you have right of way, but if it was a left hand turn and lights where greeen in both directions, she had right of way...
but anyways, those little ladies in bigger cars where she can't see anything are dangerous....they assume everyone else will stop or get out of thier way becasue thier car is bigger. My system is that I stay behind them and once thier is room i'll pass by them and get ahead of them....i never stay next to them becasue they can't sEE jack. Older lady drivers are baddddd, but than add a cell phone on them, and it's sucks....you're either stuck behind them all day, becuase all cars in the front of traffic are going the same slow speed so you can't pass or they're just driving slow and on the line becasue thier talking on thier cell phone....
