is any one leavin for waterfest on saturday..we got a crew together..and bunch of people from the centreville-herdon-chantilly area..and group of people from Zylinderkopf...just wonderin if we could add a couple more to the crusade

Just out of curiousity, shouldn't it be CAPITOL area? Isn't that what DC is considered? (not capitAl?)
