Hello everyone,
I have a small piece of peper in the glove box that got sucked into the blower motor area after putting the ventilation in re-circulation mode. Took 1 1/2 hours for VW to take it out. Just spoke to customer service at VW and they refuse to aknowledge that this is abnormal. Called an arbitrary firm that reviews complaints that VW does not want to do anything about and they say the car is designed that way and there is nothing they can do. Needless to say I am quite furious right now. We love the car, but we hate there way of thinking and just dumping on us there inability to solve simple issues.
