So I have myself booked for an oil change at the dealership and I was wondering if I should remove the jumper cable I did on my fuse box for RCD 310 battery drain trick. Do you think they would find it and try to give me a hard time for a jumper cable inside the engine bay fuse box?

For just in oil change they would have no reason to go in there. Check their info materials and see if they include any other stuff in their oil change service, like check fuses or something like that.

I don't think they would care and it really shouldn't matter.
You're paying for the oil change. It's not like you are asking them to fix some melted part in the fuse box. Even if you took it in for warranty, as long as the issue you are taking it in for is not related to your modification they shouldn't give you any trouble.
