i went to one in munchin DE (Munich)- but you kow they'll rip you off unless your german is perfect. i ened up paying a less for a set of euro lights than if i bought them overhere and had them shipped. but only a bit. make sure it's worth your while. them

I will be picking up some new parts from greece this March. Much cheaper than here.

Well if you have a Military ID Card or know someone who can pick the parts with you, there's a good on in Kaiserslautern, right outside of Ramstein AFB.
The prices are cheap, they take US $$$ and the guys speak English.
