Good Price on Nokian Snow Tire Package?

A local dealer is offering a $600 (plus tax) Snow Tire Package that includes the following:
Four Nokian Hakka 1's (195/65/15)
Four 15" VW Steel Wheels
Four VW Wheels Covers
Is this a good deal or is there better out there? I think it sounds reasonable since they are using OE VW Parts plus quality snow tires.

Since you're so close to the Canadian border, check out some prices in Ontario. Give some dealers a call or try Niagara Battery & Tire, bet you can save more than just a few bucks! Our local dealer (Ottawa) is offering this:

That sounds about right. I paid $210 for 15" rims and wheel covers delivered from the Tire Rack. A set of 4 Hakka Qs from a local garage were mounted, balanced and installed (actually will do it myself) for $357. Call around for better prices. http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif
