dont do anything, especially to the body. don't slam it on stupid trendy wheels, put stickers all over it,etc. no smoke stack, side exhaust, etc, etc.

just find some nice OEM wheels in a larger size, maybe do some 10.1 and pad/rotor upgrade up front. a lot of maintenence and just rock it as is. much more respect that way.

though i see this truck being ruined with rust, being far too low and so on.

ok we are going to have to come to some sort of middle ground here... lol

the only thing i do want to do to the caddy is lower it (not an awful much but just enough to close the wheel gap a bit) and ill most likely go with a 14" oem wheel thats about it.

I wouldn't purposely rust a car, although i do enjoy that look, id only have it if it was like that when i bought it. body will stay as is and as much as I wanted to go with circles im starting to think i might just save the squares...

iv been detailing the car for about 3 days now trying to get the paint to shine again and im about 89% there ill post some more pics soon.

i did just realize that my brake lights are out and cant figure out why... i changed the bulbs, checked the fuses and nothing... iv searched a bit but havent come up with anything solid... any tips?

BEAUTIFUL truck. I'll echo some of the previous posts, save the squares, tastefully low, rock that truck's socks off.

Ultimately it's your truck, but any mk1, the trucks most-so it seems, are getting more and more rare. For every one that's saved from a field, two or three more die to projects that dry up, wrecks or simply being parted out for profit. Saving your truck is a damn good investment in my opinion =)
sounds good! and thank you!

Do what you want to YOUR truck. Just be prepared to face the ridicule after the fact.
noted! lol
