[NW4KQ driver]

Well i can now say I officially have an audi!!! I got my first one two days ago and drove it from Sanfransico to Seattle . the only problems i had on the way here was that the exhaust broke off right behind the Cat , so i had to put up with the constant 3000rpm drone and the heater cable was broken. the clutch also was a little wierd. other than that i am happy that i got it . i will post pics as soon as it is back down on the ground. thanks to my friend richard (billzcat1) for driving with me down there.

Congratulations on your new car! I think the car was trying to tell you something when the muffler broke off. Finish the job and take out the cats too

Then have a local muffler shop make you a straight pipe and hook up a glasspack to it.
I just love the sound of the I5 engine.

I love mine! circumstances have changed a bit and I don't have to sell it now!!! I had the local muffler dude chop out the mid-muffler and replace it with a straight pipe. sounded pretty good for a while until the rear muffler broke it's weld at the inlet.... now it sounds even meaner!!
a little too loud however...gotta get a "test pipe" installed and get a glasspack installed back there.
