The only thing holding back a 8v from putting out honda turbo numbers is the really comservative head. Honda's make much more power per psi of boost. Also they rev up to 9k unlike a 8v which cuts at 6500rpm.
Anyways keep the turbo boosting proud!! It's a vw and we are not like everyone else!!
