Hey jrdlr!
Do you have any 1.8t GTI's in a stick??
I was there this past saturday (Patrick VW) and talked to a salesguy (forget his name but have the bus-card somewhere).
He said they only had 1 GTI turbo but it was a slushbox.
I hear Quirk has some left, I try them if you dont have any...unless you can get a GREAT deal on a 24v...Bernardi told me 23.5 for one, Ill get a rex for that price.

I just gotta see if I can sell my car soon, or get a good trade-in value for it...(96 Jetta GLX).
I know the those GTI's wont last.

My Jetta is pretty damn nice I think.
Paint is in great shape all around. A couple dings, but nothing major at all. Color is black. I just got my car checked out by a mechanic and he said its in awesome shape (engine, drivetrain, etc) for being a VR6.
86.8k miles.
It is lowered with the H&R cupkit. If I spent the time to return it to stock suspension, will that help the trade in value or no?

5 speed, black leather.
Sunroof, heated seats, AC blows very cold.
Everything works.
