Great Exhaust THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I ordered my Techtonics 2.5" exahust w/Borla muffler a couple of weeks ago. My intent was to add sound, power, and do it cleanly. I ordered the system with the hidden/factory style exahus tip. BOY WAS IT LOUD!!!
Anywho, I called Jeff @ TT and he told me its not a great idea to use that tip unless you want it loud. He realized my unahppyness and sent me a under the rear valence tip FREE!!! When I put it on, it was much queiter, but now I had a drone in the cabin from 2-3K rpm's!!!
Called Jeff again, he said he'd never heard of this issue in a Mk IV, but would wrok with his engineer to find a solution. As of today the problem is solved! He sent me a new tip, but with a polished twin tip exit(s), at cost. Viola!!!!
Wow!! This exhaust has the most beautiful sound!! Like ripping silk!!!!!

I just wanted to let all of you know how much I appreciate Jeff and the staff @ TT, and how nice it is to see that Customer Service IS NOT DEAD!!
Jeff went over and above the call to make me happy (even after I whinned a lot, and called him every other day!).
