Re: Ground Control Coil overs. (Fistofsouth)

My brother has them on his Prelude and he likes them a lot. GC recommend 325/275 but he opted for 400/300 lb spring rates instead.. The ride is pretty stiff but doesn't rattle your teeth or make you develop back problems. With the weight of the MK4 I would suggest getting 450f/350r spring rates. Better yet give GC a call and have them reccomend some rates. Make sure you match them with a good set of shocks like konis. GC uses Eibach manufactured springs so they're very good quality. Good Luck.

Re: Ground Control Coil overs. (Fistofsouth)

I know of someone selling a set for $200...I was going to buy them but then decided to join in on the groupBuy for WEITEC. He said they were only on for a couple k' miles, he said he's tradin' his VR6 in and getting an MKII. They supposedly ride pretty stiff, depending on how low you have them.
