Anyone live somewhere toasty enough to have checked how well the a/c system works? In FL you can't have subpar cooling. Thanks

All of the Mark 6 GTI's I have been in have great air conditioning !

Hasn't been warm enough to stress test it since I got mine, but I think it'll do fine. I had 3 folks in the car on a rare Feb. 82 degree day and everyone was chilly... Once we hit midday 90's in May, we'll know more.

Well I live in hawaii, and its always hot here. It works pretty well. Needs to 'warm up' a bit before it gets icy cold, but once its that cold I am already cool enough where I turn it to 1 or 2.

Have you heard of any mainline production car with production AC that can't handle anything the USA can expose it to?
