GTI Rear Spoiler

GTI REAR SPOILER

I saw a TR GTI in Clearwater/Palm Harbor Florida over the weekend. It had a spoiler on the back but it was aligned over the tail lights and ran along the rear deck just BELOW the window. All I had seen up to now went ABOVE the rear window. Any of you seen this and do you know where it's available?
