looks British to me, all the wood on the dash. On the other hand, red is a pretty unusual color for a classic British car. But I have to admit that I have no clue

Well, it is LHD so maybe not British (yes I know they've made LHD cars a looong time) but my guess is a Facel Vega. I cant tell which, but the tail lights area and trunk lid looks like Facel Vega.
