thats what i have, a little rough but perfectly streetable.

I like this combo, handles really good but I also added the rear/front Autotech swaybar. The suspension was plusher that I what I expected but then I took it to Manhattan and that showed its true colors. I heard race is too stiff but I guess it depends on the roads you drive.

Go w/ RACE. I've got the sports (no pics, sorry). I like my set-up, but the RACE would be that much better, and gives slightly more drop. I enjoy the way my car handles, but I've got front and rear sways and front and rear tie bars too. Talk about on rails.

H&R Race with Blistein Sport here.
No complaints,Perfect setup for good roads and especially the highways.
NYC is crap,so the car will be harsh here, like anything else.

Me too. a bit harsh on the bumps, but corners like its on rails.
if you get the RACE set up, it will NOT be very comfortable and not that much better performance (unless you're going to the track) IMO.

So should I go with SPORT then?
Re: H&R springs and Bilstein shocks... (BahnStormer202)

Spent a little more and go for PSS coilovers.

go sport. coilovers are great, they're adjustable and all but they cost more than just a bit more...
Re: H&R springs and Bilstein shocks... (fstedie)

Indeed, they are expensive (coilovers).
Just go for Bilsteins with fat pistons.
Re: H&R springs and Bilstein shocks... (pieter)

cough cough *eibach springs* cough cough

acutally ive never had h&r so cant say anything, but im real happy
Re: H&R springs and Bilstein shocks... (NVmyVW)

How much do the RACE sprigns lower the car?
Re: H&R springs and Bilstein shocks... (BahnStormer202)

..... what about GC coilovers with Koni's?? Hows the ride with them? Better or worse than Race?
