I am looking for a supplier of H4, H3 H1 bulbs.
I need a dealer that lists lux or foot candles and wattages for their lights.
Since most ppl aren't the brightest, they only tell you the wattage of bulb, but that only tells you the power the bulb draws, but nothing about the quantity of light that comes out.

you will be hard pressed to find a company that does that...production processes vary from day to day and a company will not list performance figures unless they are AR(accurate rated) which are 125USD a piece and are not more intense or powerful...their performance is just been measured
