What is it doing not blowing at all? Mine puts out too cold air and creates moisture on the outside that I have to wipe off with the wipers.

Not sure, but I don't believe there are 2 blowers. More likely a flapper that is not diverting air to the passenger side. Maybe someone else has an idea.
