It is not a true body on frame vehical so there are no aftermarket lift kits made for it. There was one guy who made some spacers for I believe the strut mounts to give a little more clearance for steel suspended Tregs but he never went into production with them. It is not a highly modifiable vehical like a Jeep or FJ. It does do well offroad and has surprised many on what it can do while offroad. It will never be a crawler, but does very well on anything but extreme offroading.

Seikel offers springs and dampers for steel spring Touaregs to raise the vehicle 25mm. This will also allow one to run a larger diameter tire for a total increase of 40mm.
